    I was in touch with Blue pearl mortgage few time ,they used to teach their employee on my file without any real creative way to design the mortgage products. As soon it come to real hard work they simply not do it, I believe the mortgage brokers not experienced enough to work on quality ,they looking for simple higher fees but dumping all clients who need creative solutions or more work to do on papers.I am not happy with their attitude to client, I am not happy with last visit and recommending to avoid this company. **** ***** *** *** ******* ****** ******If you in business and want to do business ,do not waist time asking mortgage through this company, not worth it.

    Hi there, we spoke to this client last year, he wanted to look at redoing his mortgage for a lower rate and consolidate some debts, but unfortunately, he was not working at the time and couldn't qualify for an A lender  (bank rate) or a B lender. The only option that might of worked was  a private lender at 10-12% but he would not accept the options as that was too high as he wanted something for 2-3% for him so we parted ways. The client was reluctant to send me any income documents. We don't make up the lending rules and we have to follow the guidelines and lenders will not mortgage Someone who is not working, has various debt and wont provide income documents. We would love to be able to help everyone, but we have to comply with the lenders requirements and mortgage rules guidelines.
