My recent move involved the need to transport some precious mementos of my dear mother, who died this spring in ******** at the age of 96. A local Calgary moving company told me they only did moves within *******, but recommended I contact Great ****************************************************** initial contact to ongoing helpful communications, **** and ******* provided knowledgeable guidance in a professional and really pleasant manner. It was also reassuring to know that driver **** had decades of expert experience. Just as **** and his assistant ***** began to unload the furniture items and boxes at my house, the rain started pelting down. They were both good-natured about it and were a pleasure to chat with. They got wet, but Moms belongings arrived safe and dry!I want to thank each of these employees of Great ************************************************* for outstanding service and for making the process of moving my mothers items to ******* very smooth, during this season of loss for me and my family. I recommend this company and would certainly use their services again in the future. ****************Great Canadian Van Lines Ltd.

The entire process was seamless! They took great care of our furniture, both disassembly & wrapping them well to be transported safely. We received our products in the same condition it was picked up. ***** was very punctual, great at communicating, kept us posted on the arrival date & time. Glad I chose Great Canadian Van Lines Ltd. to move me from Victoria, BC to Barrie, Ontario. Staff very friendly and helpful. Ron and his crew were the best. They took great care in protecting my items. They made amazing time across Canada and delivered all my items as promised, actually sooner than I expected. Just be aware that you will probably have to pay for a shuttle if moving from or into a townhouse or apartment. Their Vans are 76 feet long and cannot get into most areas. GCVL made my move as smooth and stress-free as possible. Everything about the process was super professional, including Eddie, my mover who loaded and unloaded everything at both ends. I felt really good knowing that my move was in his hands, and my things arrived so quickly and in great condition. I would recomend Great Canadian Van Lines for any long distance move. From the quote all the way to the final delivery it was a very good experience. I had a very positive moving experience with Great Canadian Van Lines Ltd. moving from Ontario to British Columbia from start to finish. The customer service team was very responsive and helpful in planning for the move, getting me a quote (which ended up being very accurate and close to the final amount), and supporting me following the move with my questions. The movers were very kind, efficient, thorough and very careful with all of my items. Everything arrived in good shape with the exception of a few scratches on one piece of furniture. This issue, however, was quickly resolved with customer service. I would highly recommend Great Canadian Van Lines Ltd. for any move, and will use their services again in the future.
