We could not have asked for better service.The team is professional, timely, and organized. Our relocation consultant helped come up with estimates for the move remotely and was very kind during our highly emotional time. Our drivers arrived a day ahead of packing day to assess the location and determine the best way to complete the packing and loading. They were the kindest of souls to our puppies and kitty. ??The dispatch team is very professional - the border crossing took less than half an hour. Thank you Great ************************************************* for bringing us home!!!

I recently had a fantastic experience with Great ************************************************** I have moved many times and this experience by far surpassed any previous experience *** had using long distance moving companies. Pick up was seamless. All items were wrapped properly, 3 men loading truck in ********, only took a few hours. They were kind, courteous, professional and personable. I was flexible with delivery which added no pressure on drivers or myself. When load arrived in ************, it was put in a storage facility until I get possession date of my home. The unload was seamless. Storage facility was stacked properly. I cant thank Great Canadian Van Lines Ltd, enough. . From my first contact for quote, quick response, continuous contact and updates. Weight was off, I received a lower rate. Very pleased. And fantastic customer service Well Done everyone at ********************** And to ****** for a great start to my next adventure. It's easy tell they are experts in complex and long distance moving. They take the time to understand the move, support options and execute with care and accuracy. The is my second long distance move with GCVLs and both times were completed without any issue. **** took the time to hear about my move, the need for storage and delayed delivery, offered suggestions. Because of my rural location, all the planning was done via email and video and I felt heard and understood. ***** the lead mover in ******* was awesome, so well organized, respected my house and my belongings. *** in *********, has been doing this for a long time, he helped me resolve an issue (that I created!!!) quickly. Feb. 5/25 I moved from ********* ON to Prince ****** ** in the middle of winter. **** won my business for the following reasons:Initial contact, *****, was awesome - professional, personable, and responded PROMPTLY to additional email inquiries. I never felt I was just another client or that my questions were tiresome, and I was not brushed off simply because I was only moving a one bedroom apt.. Load-on and load-off dates were confirmed in advance and it took only 7 days from load to unload, vs. 2- 6 weeks like some companies. Contents remained on the truck until unloading vs. being transferred to a warehouse or to a shuttle. IMO, when contents are moved often, there is a greater chance of damage. No hidden fees dumped on at the end. In fact, driver noticed an error on the invoice regarding the truck's tare weight for which I received a refund and also one for being underweight from the estimate. The driver, ******, (who was GCVLs "Driver Of The Year" last year) was absolutely top notch. He and his personally chosen team worked unbelievably quickly yet thoroughly. All pieces were wrapped in heavy duty moving blankets , and if needed, ENCLOSED IN CARDBOARD, and then taped up. ******** inventory was carefully done and boy, can he maneuver that truck! It is obvious he enjoys his job and takes pride in his work. EVERYTHING arrived in very good condition, even my piano for which I was particularly concerned. I HIGHLY recommend GCVL without hesitation - honest, careful, personable, & professional. You won't be disappointed. Message me if you want to know what other companies I interviewed. A real pleasure to work with, from the initial quotes and preliminary arrangements and estimations to the pick up and drop off, GCVL took the time to understand our situation and were careful with loading and unloading our items (thanks Codie, amazing having your help at both ends!). ????? Excellent Moving Experience I recently used GCVL for my relocation, and I couldnt be more satisfied with their service. From start to finish, they were professional, punctual, and highly attentive.The movers arrived exactly on time and handled everything with great care.
