    To whom it may concern,I would like to give you detail information about the ***** of the company.I have purchased seven chairs on Nov 07, 2023 in total cost of $1890.00 and paid $1000.00. - Delivery date was within four weeks, it means first week of December 2023.- On first week of December contacted the company for delivery information, the customer service representative said that delivery delayed to December 15th 2023.- They postponed the deliver four times (Dec 13, Dec 25 2023, Jan 5th ****, Jan 15 ****. - The company didn't pick up the phone from December 27, 2023.I visited the company store three times after Dec 27th, 2023. According to ******** agent, they moved their all items in the middle of the night, same date their ****** account and website were showing that the store permanently closed, they are not responding the email and phone. Request you to kindly follow with the company and I am requesting to refund the amount that paid.attachments are the invoice, email to company, screen shot of the ****** and review.

    On Nov 21 the moving truck arrived 1/4 full already with someone else's property already loaded. 1/4 of our belongings, therefore, did not make it on the truck and we were assured that it would follow and arrive before Dec 12 or Xmas at the latest. To date, we have been repeatedly **** to by Micheal about the arrival of our property, then blocked, and ghosted. My great-grandmother and grandmother's and my mother's recipes are now lost. 25 years of culinary material gone. The other personal effects list is too long for this section. I was sent a photo that doesn't even look like my property. I contacted the Delta police, they said they couldn't do anything because they said the company was in the process of arranging the delivery. To date I still have nothing
