      On June 15, 2022 I ordered a part online for my car from partsavatar, Order Id: **************** #**-***** Qty-1, even though the part was listed on their website as a fit for my car to be sure before finalizing the order I double check with a live chat agent, as they have no phone numbers to contact, that it was the right part for my car and the agent confirmed it was the right one and also sent me a link to click to order that part, on June 20/2022 I received the part but it was the wrong part as the diameter was too large compared to my original defective part, I contacted them by email telling them that I was going to return the part and also I had a chat with a live agent regarding the wrong part and the return, after apologizing I was told to click on the "return" link on their website for instructions. I did that and the link told me where to ship it, how to pack it and to print the return invoice with the number for the return ( RMA ***********) and include it in the box , so the same day on June 20/2022 I shipped the part back to them with *********** (receipt available) for a cost to me of $21.38, meanwhile i receive few emails from partsavatar saying that they were sorry for the trouble they had put me trough and they were going to refund me the part as they did not have the right part for my car... i replied to them that I would like back the $21.38 for the shipping as it was not my fault at all that they posted on their site and told me that the part was right fit for my car, I was told that they were not going to refund me the shipping even tough they admitted that was their mistake, also after 4 days no refund was issued yet so I had to open a complain with ****** and today ****** got my refund. I just want back my $21.38 I spend for the shipping because it was their fault if I received a part that is not a fit for my car. All emails regarding this case are available to BBB if needed.       We are sorry for the inconvenience. As per the case history, we provided you with a Pre-paid return shipping label on Tue, 21 Jun 2022, 04:04 PM informing that we are unable to reimburse the return shipping cost and that's why we share pre-paid labels. The return shipping label was not used for the return. A full refund for the order has already been processed from our end on Mon, 27 Jun 2022, 09:11 AM. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund more than the order value. Also, the return shipping label is also provided in our return policy.

As usual this ***** company keeps laying to customers and not accepting responsibility for their mistakes and instead to please customers they choose to please their own inept and bad trained employees.

      As said before this very dishonest and ***** company keeps ***** and making any excuses possible not to refund me just $21.38 for the shipping cost that I have to spent to return a wrong item sent to me by them. I am sure they created the fake labels that they say was sent to me but as matter of facts I DID NOT RECEIVED or I WAS PROVIDED with any return labels. They keep fighting me for just $21.38 that is completely my right to be refunded because they completely created this problem, maybe they should ask the inept person working at "returns" to stop ***** and refund me the $21.38 himself. It is very easy to create a fake label...

      i bought from this co. a fuel tank pressure sender for 190 dollars tax incl. cannot get a right shipping date nor a tracking no. they keep changing the potential date and i cannot use my mar because i can't get the part. impossible to contact them, please see what your organization can do. i can't afford to loose my money all i want is that they send me my merchandise as they so well advertise or refund me. thank you in advance. *************** ******** **.

Unfortunately, the parts were not available at the primary warehouse and we had to procure the parts from the secondary warehouse because of which the order got delayed.       Said product was a guaranteed fitment for my vehicle. After disassembling the vehicle to replace part, it was obvious it was not compatible. Wrong shape and size. Put vehicle back together. Tried to return product, was 5 days after eturn policy ran out. They repeatedly ask me to take pictures of both products and ask vin number of my vehicle, which is not possible le as the part is contained inside my transmission and I will not be tearing it apart to take a picture and do not feel comfortable providing my vin number. I provided pictures of the part and box they sent as requested. They do not have a customer service phone number and they keep sending the dame email requests.

      On Friday, December 16th, 2022, I placed an order for a blower motor (Order #: #*********) as a precautionary replacement for my original blower motor. Unfortunately, parts avatar sent me the incorrect item, After speaking with multiple associates I was blamed repeatedly for their mistake.On Sunday, July 10th, 2023, my original blower motor malfunctioned, prompting me to install the replacement blower motor I had purchased from Parts Avatar in December. To my dismay, upon attempting to install the new blower motor, I realized that the part I had received was entirely incorrect and incompatible with my system, as it was a different model from the one i purchased. This situation left me without a functioning blower motor, resulting in uncomfortable living driving conditions during a critical time when proper ventilation was essential.I contacted Parts Avatar's customer service seeking a resolution to this issue. Regrettably, the response I received blamed me for their mishap, telling me that I must have ordered the wrong part despite their website informing me that the blower motor would work with a ***** ** ***. I was informed that the only option available was to purchase a new blower motor from Parts Avatar, which was now priced at double the amount I had originally paid. This proposed resolution not only places an unfair financial burden on me but also fails to acknowledge the inconvenience and dissatisfaction caused by the incorrect shipment.Upon reading more customer reviews this is a common occurrence where they send people the incorrect product then instead of refunding them the customer is told to buy a different part usually at a higher price point instead of issuing a refund, as well as blaming the customer for their mistake.

      Hi .I am an **** delivery driver. I hardly earn 100 dollars a day. Living in ******* is hard enough for me...1 Feb 2023 I bought some mechanical parts for my car , Online through the site ********************************* Since I am not a mechanic, I trusted the information on this website. Because there was an option where you could buy the correct part by entering the model, name and specifications of your car. I had to go on a trip outside of ******. And I decided to go to the mechanic later to replace these parts. I found out today Jul 12/2023 , when I went to the repairman. The brake pad that was sent to me is not only wrong but also of no quality at all. This is a car brake pad, a very important piece for safety. They have no phone number. I had to chat through the site. I sent the photos but they don't accept. I don't want to return this due to price or change of mind. This brake pad was sent to me by mistake. This is not suitable for the model of my car, unlike the description and writing on the website. .And it shouldn't matter, when I realized this.Today I had to wait more than 1 hour at the mechanic place and pay about 60 dollars more for new brake pads. That's how I understood it. This online store does not care about the safety and quality of the parts in any way and they abuse the rules written for themselves. So that they don't give money to the customer and don't take back the sold items. The quality of car parts is 100% related to safety. And I hope you are not indifferent. They should take back this item and return my money. . I had to buy a brake pad. .I have sent you all the evidence:**** income - website description - purchase receipt - photos inside the mechanic - purchase receipt of another brake pad - comparison image of brake pads -If there is any justice. You should not pass indifferently.God knows how many wrong products she sent to customers that no one could physically identify.I do not agree to check my credit history. Thanks

      They sent me the wrong break parts, they don't answer their phones ,the live agent was horrible *** ********* **** ** ** ** *** * ****. The only way they will refund is of I pay for yhe shipping wich was their mistakes. **** the sales agent called me after I ordered the parts and confirm the order. They should be shut down for lack of customer service. Try calling them to see for yourself.

      Transaction date. June 3rd/2023 I bought hood struts for my car using parts avatars online platform. It said they fit my car and when I recurved to parts they did NOT end up fitting. I contacted parts avatar and they said return the parts for a full refund. So I shipped the parts back to them at my expense and still havent received a refund. I have email proof that they would refund me but I havent gotten the refund. They received the parts back from me on June 20/2023. This is my order # *********. Now Im getting the run around. The total cost is 127.29$

      I tried to place an order through their website on June 4...I wanted to use financing option so I chose that as I have that card. Went to the page filled out my info and when it came time to return to Parts Avatar it didn't take me to the order confirmed page. I waited till the next day because sometimes it takes a bit to receive confirmation. When I didn't I contacted them. They said that since the order didn't go through it would be refunded. So I placed a second order with no issues. Parts were on time and great. Only problem is, I never received that refund and I have been fighting with them about it for almost a month now. They keep telling me it is what they call a false transaction so it never happened. But I have contact ******* and they say it is indeed a real transaction and there is nothing they can do about it. It has to be fixed on parts avatars end. I have been in contact via email because they don't have phone support options. ******* had suggested a call with all three of us on the line so they could try to explain but they just keep saying no phone support offered at this time when I ask for their phone number. * ** ***** * ***** **** *** ***** ****** I have sent them screen shots of my statements as requested but they still don't believe me. They say it is a false transaction but it isn't false because now I have to pay it.

      Order Number: 81JPI0FF5 Order Date: Tue, 23 May 2023 Amount ****** I made this purchase from this website and they told me that these parts would perfectly fit my car. When I took the parts to install, the mechanic realized the parts were the wrong fitment. I reached out to this company for refund, they do not want to refund me due to absence of original boxes, which came torn and had to throw them away. I feel scammed, because this was their issue for sending me the wrong parts, they are declining to refund me and I am lost for words and feel helpless. I lost a lot of money and I dont know how to recover it.
