    I purchased my vehicle from ***** ****** and have had all of the necessary vehicle servicing at this location as well. I have been pleased with their service and have engaged with many respectable professionals during that time. My concerns arose when I finished paying the vehicle off and began requesting work based on my extended insurance, extra insurance I paid thousands of dollars to have in place so I could ensure the proper working of my vehicle.I recently reached out to ***** ****** to order a new key/fob as mine had bent. I received an unfortunate run around and was told that it would be weeks before I could come in to have someone place the claim with ******* ****** to have the key replaced. Having already spoken to ******* ******, and having been assured that I was eligible for up to $800 for key replacement, I questioned whether ***************** was taking their time with my request because it was an insurance claim, and not a big money maker for them. I originally requested a Saturday appointment so as not to have to lose a day of work but was told that my only choice was to bring my vehicle in prior to 1:00 on a Tuesday thru Thursday after September 12th. I explained how costly and inconvenient this would be but was told that "their hands were tied."As someone who had spent almost $50,000 with this company, I recalled that they were very accommodating when there was the potential for me to spend a large some of money but have appeared much less so when an insurance request was involved. This is very disappointing.

    ************** Burnaby BC.I ordered brand new 2023 ***** **** ** AWD and I went to pick it up from the dealership Wolf Langley Mazda few days ago .I am very happy with the purchased and the price was the same what was originally negotiated few months ago .Lot of dealers change the price when the time comes to pick up the car but not this dealership .My car salesman ******* was great and the entire staff was pleasure to deal with.Even the ** and the Director of sales came out to thank me for choosing their dealership to buy a new car. I also bought a new *** * 2023 few months ago from a different dealer and is not even close to the treatment that I got with Wolf Langley Mazda .Basically the Wolf Mazda is the place to buy a car and feel good about it .Thanks , *****.

    I purchased a brand new 2021 ***** *** from Wolfe Mazda in July 2021 and fell in love with it from the start: so fun to drive!
    The car has started giving me issues, though: it’s been struggling to start. It has only 21,000 km.
    Although Wolfe Mazda is out of the way, I have been going there out of loyalty to them. The car has been at the dealership for the same issue three times, and every time I was given a new explanation as to what is wrong. Nevertheless, the car never gets fixed!
    On the last visit the dealer said that they had found a white sediment in the fuel tank. The tank needs to be removed, cleaned, and mounted back. They claim this work is not covered by the warranty and were supposed to give me a quote. Two weeks later I am still waiting.
    In an attempt to get to the bottom of it, I took the ***** to an independent mechanic. After explaining the situation, what the dealer had done, and paying $178 for the assessment, they gave me a written report: no white sediment was found, but they found other issues with the sparkplugs, cylinders and the fuel injector, all which should be covered by the warranty.
    I have left multiple messages for the Service Manager, but I haven’t heard back from anyone. It is very disappointing.
    At this point I have given up on Wolfe. I have an appointment with another ***** dealer hoping that they can resolve the issue once and for all.
