    Poor Workmanship:- The sink sealing lacked proper cleaning, with transparent caulking that exposes accumulated dirt. Adequate cleaning before sealing should have been a standard practice.- During the removal of the old dishwasher, the countertop was chipped. This damage was not communicated to me at the time of the service, and I discovered it later.- The new dishwasher was improperly installed, resulting in a significant gap between the machine and the countertop. The necessary height adjustment was neglected before mounting.- The dishwasher is wobbling because it has not been properly secured to the countertop.Charge hourly for finding parking and retrieving tools:- Brad started billing at 9 am, even though he had mentioned an on-site time between **** am. He attributed this early charge to the time spent searching for a parking spot. Additionally, he stated that he finished the job at 12:45 pm, as reflected in the invoice he sent me.- He left the job site twice to retrieve tools from his vehicle, totaling at least 30 minutes. This time was also billed to me.- I was invoiced for 4 hours of work, despite the poor workmanship on the job.I submitted a complaint letter to both his personal and administrative email addresses the next day. In the letter, I requested a refund for the last 1.5 hours OR coverage of the third party's cost to redo/complete the work. Unfortunately, I received no response from him.

    Customer reached out on December 19 at 12:32 pm we responded immediately at 1:39pm on December 19 accepting one of her resolution options. Since our response we have not heard back from them despite multiple calls, texts and emails.

    I am rejecting this response because: I did not receive any feedback via email, phone calls, text messages, etc., by the end of December 19, 2023. However, I did have two missed calls from The Crazy Plumber on December 20, 2023. Please see the attached cellphone screenshot. At that time, I had already submitted the complaint to Better Business Bureau.
