      J'ai perdu mon temps et mon argent! J'ai command des verres de contact et une erreur s'est glisse dans ma commande. On m'a envoy des verres +1.5 alors que j'ai besoin de verres - 1.5. Selon les indications du service la clientle, j'ai renvoy, mes frais, les botes contenant les verres de contact. Le produit est en parfait tat: les botes contenant les verres de contact sont intactes et encore scelles. Seul l'emballage extrieur du produit a t ouvert. La compagnie refuse de me rembourser ou de me donner un crdit cause de cela. Pire: on garde le produit renvoy. Je leur ai crit plusieurs fois et j'ai port plainte mais rien n'y fait: j'ai littralement pay pour rien et perdu mon temps et mon argent. Je n'achterai plus jamais rien chez VisionPros. Ils n'ont aucune considration pour leurs clients. Si vous n'avez pas d'erreur ou de problme avec votre commande, tout ira ***** Mais dans le cas contraire, on vous abandonnera et vous payerez dans le vide.

      We apologize for your experience with VisionPros - we do take customer service seriously and try our best to ensure that our customers are taken care of. I reviewed your order and the following circumstances existed. The product we shipped was exactly as you had ordered - we did not send incorrect product based on what you ordered. In error you ordered an incorrect prescription which can happen from time to time. We have a very fair return policy which clearly states that product must return unopened and undamaged unless there is a product defect (this is an industry standard). Considering that contact lenses are Medical Devices we are unable to accept product in which any of the packaging was tampered with, otherwise the product is unsellable or returnable to our suppliers. In your situation we did make an exception and provided you a full refund for the package returned. ($84.76 was refunded on March 9/23). Once again, we greatly appreciate you business and I apologize for your experience with VisionPros. I will work with our **************** team to review your situation and look into ways we can improve our **************** processes.

      Vision Pros Canada customer service is dishonest and terrible. Heaven forbid that someone goes wrong with your order as they offer zero assistance. I purchased a 6 month supply of Proclear monthly contact lenses in 2022. I started using them and after a single days use when i removed to store them, they tore in half. I thought it was a one-off so opened a new pack. Same thing happened to all 6 lenses. They all tore. Customer service advised that the manufacture requires an official copy of my contact prescription which of course I didn’t have because my prescription hasn’t changed for years. Went to my optician and had to pay for a check-up before getting my prescription. Sent it to Vision Pros and then they asked for the torn lenses which I threw out a month earlier. Who keeps torn lenses? They have refused to offer any further assistance. No compassion whatsoever. Never will I use this company again.

      The customer service constantly lies about the status of your order. The lenses ordered in March 2022 were out of stock and on back order - I agreed and even ordered another brand - but after constant contact on June 10th I received an email saying they were in stock and would ship in 72 hours. They did'nt and I contacted them again - on July 11th I retuned from vacation and still no lenses - this is totally unacceptable and the items were available on the website to order but mine were not fulfilled - each time I got told a lie that they were shipping in the next week
