    The transition was on July 1, 2024. It was $950 for the repair of the headboard for 2 separate beds including the pick up and delivery costs on credit. The business stated they would come pick up the headboards of the beds within two days to start the repairs, but after 2 weeks of not coming we went back in to inquire what was going on. After speaking to the business owner we agreed to cancel the service and get a refund. The business owner stated that he himself however does not know how to process a credit reversal using his own business computer and that his employee who works the front desk is sick and he cant process the reversal without her. He stated that when shed be in next hed get her to do it. Then after about a week of waiting for the credit reversal we went back into the store. The owner seemed upset that wed come back. He said that his employee is not in anymore for the day and that shes only coming in for 2 hours a day maximum because shes pregnant but within the entire past week of waiting they had not contacted us once. There have been multiple calls back to the business. We have gone back in person as well. The owner insists he runs his business not knowing how to run his own computer. Over the phone the owner even made the statement that he would not process the credit reversal after he got upset about us just trying to get our money back. About a week ago from today we were finally contacted by the owners front desk worker who said she would follow up with us soon about performing the credit reversal but its been another week and theres been no call. The issue remains unresolved and the owner gave the impression that he had no intention of performing the credit reversal. Like I mentioned, on the phone, he once said he was going to keep the money.
