    A monthly subscription to 24 hours monitoring service. Invoice # ***** is issued for July 2023 to June 2024 Invoice # ***** is issued for July 2024 to June 2025. The alarm does not working for too long and no staff calls us, no staff regular checks but keep issuing invoices.

    This is to inform you that as per our system the alarm is working upto this day. Service call is rendered if a customer has reported issues on the alarm, but no reported issues was sent to us by the customer. To end this up, we agreed to visit the location for free and check the alarm system on or before Dec.1,2024, and we will bill the customer for alarm monitoring fee annually (not monthly) starting Dec.1,2024 to Nov.30,2025 that should be paid by the customer on **********, and we will waive July 2023-June 2025 invoices if customer agree on that condition.
