    I paid a deposit of $1400 on Nov 7, 2024. The business committed to provide me with the installation of a window.The business left a window frame on my porch and refused to complete the work unless more money was provided. The business refuses to answer our calls.

    Subject: Response to Dispute Regarding Window Installation
    We appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns and would like to provide further clarification regarding the status of the window installation.
    We are aware that only the window frame has been left at the customers property. Our team has visited the location twice to install the window, but due to space limitations, we were not able to install the window. Unfortunately, the space available at the customers property does not allow us to properly complete the installation.. Additionally, due to the limited space, there is a safety concern in proceeding with the installation, which is why we require a boom lift machine.
    The glass for the window is heavy, and to avoid any potential damage or breakage, we strongly recommend against leaving it exposed in its current state. To properly install the window, we require a boom lift machine, which is necessary due to the limited space at the customers property.
    We have been in regular contact with the customer in an effort to resolve this matter and have tried to cooperate to find a solution. Customer satisfaction is our top priority, and we have always been committed to completing the installation as quickly as possible.
    Initially, there was some reluctance on the customers part to arrange for the boom lift machine, as the space issue was related to their personal property. However, after further discussion, we have now agreed to rent the boom lift machine ourselves and propose splitting the rental cost in half. This will allow us to move forward with the installation, as we are unable to proceed without the appropriate equipment.
    We hope this arrangement works for the customer, as we are eager to complete the job to their satisfaction. Please let us know the customers thoughts and how they would like to proceed. I do have all the conversation that we tried to find the best solution.
