    Prior to COVID, this company used to be really good. I would have recommended them but things have clearly changed. 1) Their no refund policy commits the customer for a lifetime. Either you have to lose that money and walk away but that is hard to do when they charge at lot for these lessons. 2) Wrap and go policy sucks during the winter! Imagine having to change your kids in the car in December or having them sit in your car wet. Unacceptable when you work with children to not think this through. 3) The have hired inexperienced instructors who do not provide feedback. They don't even come out of the pool hallway area. Literally open door, shove kids out and close door. 4) The hotel pools are small and will only work up to a certain point. They have crammed more kids into **** **** ****y (used to be 3-5). Due to lack of competition, they can get away with it. if you are a swim instructor... this is a great business opportunity.
