  This Company was referred by a Friend. I called Monday May 8, spoke to a fellow named John, regarding spraying/pruning for two trees. He would let me know when he had time to give me a quote for pruning. Day later, I received a call, he could be at my house in 40 min. I was roughly 30 minutes away from home, and said I would try my best to get there asap. 10 minutes away from home, he called me, for my address, tells me he's in front of my house. I was stuck in traffic, roughly 10 minutes away. He was annoyed, asked me, so you want a quote for the hedge. I said no, the Japanese Plum trees in the front of my house. He tells me I've had these trees pruned before. I said I had not. He's arguing with me telling me that I have, and if I was where I said I would be ( at my House ) he could show me the evidence, asked me if he's wasting his time here. What a rude thing to say to a potential Customer. I arrived at my house. He came over, and started arguing that my trees have been pruned before. Told me he knows his job, I'm calling him a liar. I never once said he was lying. I simply told him the truth. I said maybe the City of Surrey pruned them, but I swear I have never hired anyone to prune these trees. He responds, no the City did not prune them ( not sure how he would know that ) I've live here 35 years He shows me a branch, that he claims had been pruned. It was actually the garbage truck that broke off a few branches last Summer. He continued arguing the point, and I told him, I have no interest in arguing, all I want is a quote. I gave him several chances, but he continued arguing. I was done with this rude, argumentative, unprofessional person, and I asked him to leave. He accused me of wasting his time. My neighbor heard him, stayed on her driveway, making sure I was ok, came over to me after he left. Years of experience or not, it gives no one the right to treat a potential customer this way. I Wouldn't recommend this Company

  Danny allowed large limbs to free fall To the 2 day old roof and trough I saw Danny dragging the limb on the roof I showed Danny ….. very poor attitude and work ethic I called John and had to pursuade him to come and view He acknowledged the damage shrugged his shoulders and left I
