    If I could give a negative rating I would. The technician came out. His inspection involved watching me turn my 65" **** Bravia on, so he could see the issue, which was: The TV powers on, the screen displays the **** logo, then the ********* logo, then instead of showing the ********* Home screen the display turned off, and the front LED flashed red 4 times, paused 2-3 secs and repeated continuously.He then took his phone, turned on the flashlight and shone the light on the screen and then told me the problem was the screen and it would need to be replaced, which is not an option, and there was nothing he could do to repair my ***** he says the screen is the fault - the screen that just displayed the **** and ********* logos. In a chat with **** Tech Support, when I described the issue, and I asked directly if the issue could be the screen, I was told an immediate no, and that if the issue were the screen, it wouldn't be displaying the logos. The **** technician advised me that the issue is likely related to the power distribution and most definitely not the ********* why did the repair tech say what he said? In my opinion, he saw a large and heavy TV that I wanted him to take away and repair, and he simply was too lazy to move such a large TV.

    A terrible customer experience when trying to get assistance with a faulty installation.Here is the ****** review I placed for Universal TV Service Centre. It sums up my complaint. "I had my ** dishwasher "serviced" by this unprofessional and incompetent business. The "technician" replaced the motor under **'s warranty, but he COMPLETELY botched the reinstallation of the dishwasher. Indeed, he said, "I'm not a very good plumber." He was true to his word - since he did not s**** in the water inlet manifold properly, it worked its way loose over the course of a number of months, at which point it gave way. We awoke to find water all over the floor, and called an actual appliance repairman, who diagnosed the problem and fixed it. He showed me how the first guy had not known what he was doing, took videos of before and after the repair, and fixed the mistakes Universal TV Service Centre made. The problem now is the water damage to the floor under which the dishwasher sat - the dishwasher is now sitting in the middle of my small kitchen as I try to dry the plywood the flood made with a fan, or else it will mould. This process is going to take days, making the kitchen virtually unusable in the meantime.The "service" manager was completely unsympathetic and took no responsibility whatsoever, offering absolutely nothing in assistance.This is the worst experience I've had with a service department of any type. Stay away from this business!! They do terrible work and do not back up their services. The manager treated me unprofessionally and disrespectfully throughout my conversation with him."

    Stay clear here! UTV Service visited our home to repair ****** *** contractor) They damaged the stainless steel door and neither ** or them would take responsibility for this. Customer is not always right with this Company or **
