    Fed up, every time I get Dodge keys they are locked, they keep sending 40 bit transponders when I ordered and paid for 80 but keys.... The guy ***** said 40 is backwards compatible. Clearly he hasn't been doing this long or he just picks orders.... I'm a locksmith I've programmed these keys for 10 years at least . I know what I'm saying and doing. When I order 80 bit keys I need 80 bit keys ***** transponder) 80 bit keys will work on 40 bit system.... 40 bit keys won't work on 80 bit system..... It's that simple I paid for 80's I need 80's and ***** can't seem to comprehend a single thing. ****** was supposed to call me about this yesterday never did, **** the manager really had no resolution. I will never buy keys here again. Ever ever ever I hope all locksmiths understand the garbage and headache they are getting into with this place. Seriously just go to locksmith keyless or some other company. This company has screwed me for the last time. No one there seems to understand this line of work. They just get trained by some guy who also doesn't know locksmithing. These guys over at key innovations don't know their right from their lefts. And that's not an exaggeration. I highly suggest not shopping here.
