    I have email confirmation that you agreed to a $3,400 contract that included a website and some online marketing work.  Net cost to you would be $1,000 - provided (but not contingent) that you received a $2,400 *****.  We gave you clear written directions on how and when to apply for the ****** then a reminder near the ***** *********  Because you did not receive the ***** does not invalidate the contract.  The website is fully operational and was approved by yourself.  The additional marketing work has not been done yet. Therefore, I made a very generous offer to reduce the overall contract from $3,400 to $2,000 total - to cover our costs to date.  You will therefore be receiving an invoice for the additional money owed.

    I was mislead. No correspondence regarding the ***** was replied to. Possibly because my emails were down due to City line websites mistake.
