      I would never buy from these guys again. in the last three years i have given them my business and the counter guy from the stihl area seems to make many mistakes with the parts i have given up with this company. i chatted with the manager but he didn't seem to want to make things right. the stihl *** didn't even apologize to me and take ownership of what happened. He later went to the back and found the parts i needed. but he could have done that in the beginning so issues wouldn't come up on that. if your working in the stihl department for 3 years know the product and you'll be fine but i guess he still doesn't get it. he cost my company a few hours of my time.
