    Connected with Sunflex in Dec *************************************** early Jan 2023 for brand new windows including bug screens as well as a front door.They installed the windows in a very fast but not proper manner. Windows were not sealed properly (a heavy rainfall took place and the windows already had leakage 3 days after installation). Reached out to Sunflex to rectify and their team came back to **** the sealing and things seemed to look fine at that ******* early Jan 2024, we noticed that there had been abnormal mold building up around all the windows with leaking issues. From that point onward, I have been in close connection with Sunflex inquiring for their team to come to examine the issue and provide a solution.Although Sunflex did send their staff to our house a couple of times, every single time they did minor adjustments (i.e. provide some silicone sealing around some of the problematic windows), they were not able to actually fix the root cause as our windows were still experiencing leaking issues when there is a heavier rainfall (you can see from one of attachment photo).We were promised by Sunflex that they would take down the windows and reinstall them properly providing full sealing again if the leaking issue persists, however, they never honour that ********** this past year, I have made countless contact efforts in the forms of phone calls, text messages, and emails but Sunflex nonetheless failed to fulfill their after-sale warranty in a professional and timely manner. Up until this point, they are not returning my contact attempts and getting back to me to resolve my leaky windows. As a result, I have not made my last payments for the remaining $2,808.75 balance.I am filing this complaint hoping that BBB is able to urge Sunflex to correct their wrongdoing by fixing my windows.

    On June 19, 2019 we contracted with Sunflex to supply and install 7 new vinyl windows at our residence under invoice #***. These were installed by Sunflex and we paid $3,549 including GST. The invoice shows"20 years frame warranty & 10 years ******************** warranty."We observed about half an inch of water collected between the two panes in one window on November 18, 2022. In other words, the water is inside the window frame/pane.We phoned Sunflex windows and talked to two different female employees who assured us that the replacement window was on stock, they already had the correct measures, that their sales man Jaz was away on work in ******* but would be returning soon, and that the replacement window would be installed on Thursday, December 1, 2022. December 1, 2022 has long come and gone without contact from Sunflex. We documented telephone conversations on November 18, 21, 22, 24, and 28 between myself and two female Sunflex employees.. Sometimes multiple discussions the same day. To date, Sunflex seems unwilling to honor their warranty or return our phone calls. Every time we call they are polite and agreeable. However since making the request for warranty repair almost two months ago, Sunflex has not given us any firm timeline for window replacement. Nor have they honored their warranty on our window.It is noteworthy that we had the same problem with an earlier window. Sunflex did in fact replace that other window during the year 2020/2021.
