    I ordered windows from this company and have been trying for months to get a proper receipt so that I can file for my Fortis BC rebate. They have been impossible to deal with and have been giving me the runaround. Do not go to this company if youre looking for a rebate for your windows. They have been impossible to deal with, and I wish I had never gone to them to purchase my windows. What Im asking for is a simple request and for whatever reason they are refusing to provide me with the information that I need on my receipt. *** even sent them a sample of the receipt that I am looking for, which I received from Fortis BC when my claim got denied. I have lost out on $2000 because of their inability to provide me with what is a basic standard issue receipt.
