    ***** did the initial cleaning of our business windows and he did a good job. he then had us prepay for three months of window cleaning and then proceeded to disappear. Numerous phone calls were not answered and then when we finally did manage to reach him he had all sorts of excuses but promised to come and get the job done or refund us our money. He has now ghosted us again. Do not trust this man or business.

    I found ***** at Sharper through a ************** chat.We communicated for a few weeks till I got approval to do our gutters and windows. He came and did a really thorough *** Even removing screens . ***** was dirty so he powerwashed that too . Cleaned up after the job.Very easy to communicate with him.Definitely reccomend his services.

    I’ve used Sharper Window cleaning for several years. I’m no longer able to clean our gutters, and I know Steve does a great job looking after them and keeping the moss at bay on the roof. I get a reminder call when it’s due and he charges a fair price for the job!

    Shoddy work. Our windows are dirtier, now than they were before washing. They were in a hurry & used dirty cloths. $300. & totally unacceptable. Never again!

    I think this is ******* ****. I am so sorry you’re still not happy with the window cleaning. We did come back and redo the windows ***** wanted cleaned and thought ***** was content!

    Hi Steve. Thanks for following up to our complaint in regard to our concerns about the window washing job you did recently. We’re sorry to hear you’ve had some ******** ******** but, if you are being paid to do a job, we are of the opinion it should be done well. You both seemed to be in a hurry to get it done. We appreciate the fact that you returned to re-do some of the windows however, we realized afterwards that there were many more windows that were not cleaned to our satisfaction. This has never happened before so, hopefully it was a one off. Unfortunately, we are unavailable at this time but we will contact you to resolve the problems.
