    Obsessed isn't even the word! I love their style, clothes are top notch quality 10/10. I get compliments on everything I've ordered from them. Shipping has always been reasonable given that Canada Post is always either on strike and looses packages. But every time I've reached out to customer service I always get an answer. Five stars isn't enough for this Canadian boutique!!!!

    Where do I even start? I have been purchasing clothes here for roughly two years and never had an issue. Feb 7/25, I purchased a few tops for a vacation (yup, preorder) anticipating the 20-day delay. Well....needless to say vacation came and went; no sweaters. Miraculously I get a notification on March 20th that my items are coming; just kidding it never leaves the 'A shipping label has been created' stage with Canada post notification. (still says that till to this today FYI) Many ignored emails later they do a 'reorder' of my items on April 2/25; three weeks later I get an email stating ONE of my items is coming and once again 'A shipping label has been created' stage with Canada post notification with no actual date of delivery again. So sad, cute items but bad services. Kicker is you cannot get a refund, so you are forced to do this rat race all again. By the time they get here I won't be wearing sweaters. So yes, ordered Feb 7/25 - still no items.

    One star is too many!! As the other reviews, placed an order in November 2024 to be told 20 business days and then 2 months later, still nothing. Will not refund and only sent a gift card as refund. I then placed an order for something to try to get rid of this $$ and now, 2 months later, still nothing. They continually send snide emails saying read the **** on orders...oh, I have and it says 20 business days on most....which I assume is none and they use this to get $$ and never fulfill.

    Ordered 1 item January 18 for $125. It is now March 6 and item has not shipped yet. Company refused to refund purchase and has stopped responding to my inquires. They are thieves and I will be disputing charge with my bank.

    Placed an order on December 9th, 3 items, $288. Today is February 25th. 52 business days, their site states ***** days for preorders. I reached out for a refund and they refused and still will not ship my items. I left 2 comments on their ******** page and was immediately banned. I will be disputing the charges with my bank today. They are thieves and scammers.

    Made an order for a jacket and a shirt in May of 2024! Finally emailed in August wondering where they were, they said tracking wasnt working but it was sent and of course I got one item a week later after complaining. Busy life and a new baby later and its now January ******************************************************************************************* return. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!

    This company took $528 from me in the beginning of November 2024. I have still not received my order by mid January 2025. I have reached out four times, filed a BBB complaint and they unapologetically refuse to cancel and refund my order. They finally shipped ONE of 6 items (meaning $440 of merchandise Ive paid for still hasnt even shipped) as soon as I filed a dispute with my credit card. That one item arrived defective. They refused to return/refund it only offering store credit. Do NOT do business with them. Terrible company!

    I have placed several orders through o&p and loved the clothes. Loved supporting local. However the recent order I need to return a item. I have reached out several times through email and text trying to resolve this return. I will not be ordering through them again as their customer service is non existent. Left review here because they have strategically not allowed for reviews on any of their platforms. I expect businesses who charge local pricing to at least have local quality customer service.

    I have never been so ripped off as I have been through this company. I bought what was supposed to be a gorgeous, pink, long sweater for $168.73. I waited for two and half months for this sweater, and as soon as the package arrived I knew there was an issue. I pulled it out of the package and it is a horribly made, cheaply knit product with snags and horrible seams. The materials aren't what they said they were on the description and it is at best a cardigan. Not a long sweater. Good news for you! I found it on *** express for $13.11. If you dont want to wait that long, you can amazon prime the same one for $53.31. I contacted them to stand behind their product, but there are no refunds. Only store credit. It is not a "******** company" it is an ***Express reseller. All you are doing is unwittingly supporting fast, cheap fashion but paying a lot of extra money for it.
