    On September 9th 2023 I went to ***************. BC to meet ********************* to have a previously started tattoo finished. Upon my arrival he was not there and did not answer any phone calls or emails. I waited an hour before going back home to *******, **. Once I was back home he messaged back saying " Omg Im so sorry you guys - my phone died in the middle of the night and my alarm obviously never went off - overworking myself this trip! Uhg so stupid. " I explained I was already back home and he asked what my schedule was like for the rest of that week. I explained to him that I had arranged to work and could not make it and instead asked for my $200 deposit back from the appointment. Since then myself and my spouse, ***************************, have reached out on a monthly or so basis and every time he says he will do it soon, he will do it soon or does not reply at all. I have exhausted all options at this point. Most recently my girlfriend tried reaching out again, this last Wednesday on June 19th, 2024. My girlfriend also asked politely for her deposit back of $200 aswell stating that we both believe he's not a good fit for us and that we don't want to work with him going forward. He denied saying his deposits are nonrefundable and that he would refund only mine as it was his fault he did not show for the appointment. Today I am reaching out on behalf of myself and her to hopefully get our money back and to never have to speak to this man again as we have been left disappointed over and over and over again.
