  This company ended up being invaluable to me on different levels. Of course, they insulated our home in the attic, skylights, and the crawlspace with blow-in insulation and spray foam insulation. This gave us a great seal around our house. Keira was great at communication all the way through the process. When the guys worked on site they were efficient and did a great job.
  What was also of great importance to me was Keira's knowledge of the industry. When I was having trouble getting my pre-evaluation report in a timely manner, she contacted the company on my behalf to get it expedited. I also had contacted several companies (close to 10 companies) about heat pump installations and found that after the quotes, communication fell off. I had even left 3 messages with one company saying that we accepted their quote and wanted to set an install date. They gave no answer. Finally I asked Kiera if she would recommend a company that communicated and followed through with information and an install. The company that Kiera recommended came through on all counts and we are finally finished with evaluations and grants.
  I gave Keira the nickname of "Quarterback" as she really earned it. I could not be happier with the way that I was treated by this company. I highly recommend them.

  We recently contacted HD Horne Sprayfoam and Insulation, Ltd. to give us a quote. We had received a BC Clean Grant from the government to have some work done. We made an appointment with them; they came on time and the two fellows introduced themselves when they came. They explained exactly what they would do. They checked the area to be insulated and in short order I received a quote. We decided to go ahead with the quote. Yesterday (day before the appointment for the work to be done), I received a reminder by text. Today when they arrived, they just let us know they were here and went straight to work. We appreciated the before and after photos to show to our insurance company. From the first contact on the phone with Kiera, to meeting Harley and Antoine in person and then today when they came to do the work – the customer service has been excellent and courteous. They answered my questions with patience and respect. We would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a quote from spray foam to traditional insulation methods. Nancy and Barry, Nanaimo

  Keira was the only person in the process who patiently yet efficiently walked me through the rebates available and the guys were incredibly professional and did an amazing job, above and beyond! My house is much more toasty. Highly recommend.

  I highly recommend HD Horne Sprayfoam and Insulation. There was great communication with Kiera right from the beginning. Harley and his colleagues did an amazing job. They took less time than expected and and when they were finished there was no mess at all. Thank you to the whole team, I am very appreciative.

  Harley and Kiera from HD Horne Sprayfoam & Insulation are excellent in communication, service and installation. Our major renovation had numerous delays and Harley completed the work in stages. Our Building Inspector mentioned the Insulation work was one of the best he's seen! Thanks Harley and Team!

  We hired HD Horne Sprayfoam & Insulation to insulate our triplex conversion project. They gave us great advice on what type of insulation to install for each application, installing sprayfoam where it was impossible or difficult to furr out the existing 2x4 framing to meet the required R value, and batt (both fiberglass and rockwool) insulation for the best value and soundproofing.
  They were very responsive in their correspondence and showed up when they said they would. We had a delay of several months that required us to suspend the insulating work and they were very accommodating. I would recommend this family business without hesitation.

  I am very happy dealing with Keira and the entire HD Horne Sprayfoam & Insulation Ltd company. From the start of my project to the finish, my concerns were addressed quickly. Although my project was completed last month, the billing did not take place immediately. I did not know my project had been selected for auditing, and this had affected billing. When my project was audited last week, Keira knew I was anxious to complete my project. When I made full payment yesterday, I checked my email and was happy to see that Keira had completed the paperwork to facilitate full payment had been made.   I thought I'd at least try
  to get sprayfoam this year as last year I had a flood in my crawlspace and had
  to have my floors entirely replaced. I thought from what I read that perhaps I
  would qualify for a full rebate, or at least most of it. I contacted HD Horne
  Sprayfoam and the technician that came out told me it would be no problem. He
  said I should talk to Kiera in the office. I was worried I'd have to pay the
  entire amount at once and go into debt before I had the job done. Kiera was a
  real help in putting in an application. It went sideways - I had evidently made
  an application already and was no longer qualified for yet another at the same
  location - she got to the bottom of it. I did indeed fully qualify! I couldn't
  be happier with the result. No more mice or rats, clean and even ground cover
  and LOTS of cheerful faces as the men did the job in less than 8 hours. I was
  back in the house by mid-afternoon. The whole area was tidy, and I wouldn't have
  believed it was possible there was ever a mess! And when I left the mess beside
  the house was growing.... I cannot express how helpful this company is. I
  highly recommend it to anyone looking for fast, efficient service and service
  people!
