**************** is non existent with this so called Airline They left my father stranded in another country Up until 6 days before his flight the flight still existed in the system. The day before he was to return the flight magically disappeared and they lied and said the flight was cancelled since March and they tried to reach us Now they want me to sign a document releasing them from any wrong doing in order to get my refund Worse Airline ever. I thought Sunwing or BWIA were bad This Airline takes the cake Two thumbs down???? ????

Our ref *******. ****************************** was booked to travel AU637/***********-*******/17MAY24. This flight was canceled in advance on 27MAR24. As per our procedures, an email notification of the cancellation was sent to the email address recorded in the booking. In addition, multiple phone calls were made to the phone number recorded in the booking, 29MAR24 onwards. Voicemails were left each time as the customer was unreachable. It appears that a full refund was being processed on 13MAY24 but the refund transaction failed multiple times. It was discovered at this time that the purchasing credit card was no longer available. This leads us to a process of refund by e-transfer, which is supported by a form that the customer must sign in agreement to receive the e-transfer. This release and indemnity form is a requirement under the guidelines of our ************* It appears that ************************* (the purchaser) found the contents of the release form objectionable. The verbiage of the release form is simply to indemnify the airline of any further claims in connection with this particular booking. We acknowledge that the flight cancellation has impacted the customers travel plans, but we have made sufficient efforts to communicate this in advance. We are currently assisting ************ with the refund by e-transfer.Without prejudice, Canada Jetlines

Horrible customer service. The company is only interested in taking your money. I do not recommend.
