    I paid $275 for a "Gold Full" in and outside of car detailing package. The mobile detailer was booked to come to my condo building on Aug 26, 2024. The package included double vaccuum the interior, professional handwash the outside, clean exterior windows, and more. According to the package, the maxmimum amount of time to clean the vehicle was agreed to be 3.5 hours.The detailer was schedule to start at 2:45, but actually started at 3:30. He said the job would an easy job as the vehicle was not too dirty. He had water and electrical access to use tools in his van on my vehicle. He finished at 5pm. I looked around the vehicle and it did look cleaner than before. This is my first vehicle and I have never had my car detailed. I foolishly paid a $20 tip assuming the work had been done. He only worked on the car for 1.5 hours.Upon closer inspection the next day, I noticed the trunk cover bar was missing. I texted the detailer and asked where it was. He said he thought he put it back or it might be on the condo basement cleaning bay. I looked for it and it was not there. I contacted the concierge for possible lost and found. I asked him to look in his van for it and he didn't reply. I saved a screenshot of the texts. A **** Escape 2010 cargo cover bar costs over $300 to replace. Looking closer at the car, I saw no vacuuming had been done under the seats, there was **** on the passenger side window, lichen on the top of vehicle, grime on the rear window and wiper blades. This is not a charity car wash. This is supposed to be a professional car detailing company.... I documented with a ********* per their company policy, I shared my concerns with 24 hours after the detailing. I shared photos the car and the text messages. I tried contacting them three time and they never responded.
