    My car was sent from my dealership to Dynamic Shine on July 28th, 2022, to have it detailed. I had only owned my vehicle for just over a year, it is a 2021 **** **** ** model, my first brand new vehicle and the most I have ever spent on a car. When I first got my vehicle back, it was so greasy that my hands would slip from the steering wheel and I had to clean the gas and brake pedals off because my feet kept sliding off of the pedals. I ended up having my car back to them at least 4 times to clean up the overuse of chemical(which the shop *********************** admitted to using a full strength chemical in my car that was meant to be diluted) as well as markings on my seats, doors, steering wheels, air vents and dashboard. After several return trips to Dynamic to get the rest of the car cleaned up, my dashboard has been permanently damaged and over the course of the last 5 months I have struggled to have the owner, ***********************, return my calls or try to find a solution. After an attempt to have the dashboard refurbished failed in November '22, ***** assured me that he would submit an **** claim and contact me with the details so I could have my dashboard replaced. After 6 weeks of trying to get ahold of him, I contacted **** and they indicated there was no record of a claim ever being placed, despite the text communications he had sent me indicating that a claim had been started. **** advised I had to start a claim under MY INSURANCE, which will go through as a NOT FAULT claim and I am now responsible for paying the $500 deductible. I should not have to pay for damages (the estimate is $5000 to replace my dashboard) his company has caused and am distraught as my brand new car has been damaged. He should also be held accountable and not get off with paying for the damages. I find his lack of response unprofessional and unethical. The last communication I had with the insurance adjustor on Jan 17th, ***** has not responded to their contact requests either.
