    I want to warn customers about the rental cancellation challenge with this company. While it was extremely convenient to book via the web, there is no similar self-service option to cancel a reservation! I had to cancel our trip to ********* due to COVID-19 in the family 4 days before the reservation date. I called the number on their website, and the phone call went to voicemail. I then went to the Customer Care->Contact Us link at ******************************************************************************* and filled out the form with my Name, Email, and the message requesting cancellation.On the day of the reservation, I received a phone call from the company asking me for proof of contacting them to cancel! I initially thought I had sent an email to them, but I then recalled that it was a web form that I filled out. The gentleman seemed reasonable in the beginning, but in the end, he was not really listening to my feedback!If a company can offer a self-service option for making a reservation, it should also offer cancellation through the same interface, especially if the request is within its policy. So this is a buyer-beware situation. It seemed everything was convenient including the location where I could pick up the car since we were to stay at the ***** downtown.

Looking through the email thread it seems as though a resolution was met amicably and both parties were happy.
