    Hello,

Our apologies if we missed communication from you. However, our system reports not contact with any staff for the six months proceeding the complaint.

On December 11, ******************************************************************************************************************************************************* your complaint.

    - Credit: An investigation was made to determine if there is a reporting issue, and if so, to correct this.

    - Lease termination: The lease term is not set to expire for an additional year. However, as requested, a copy of your current buyout was provided.

If you require further assistance, you can always email **************************** or call ************ during standard business hours (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST).

    Thank you,

In April 2019 I cosigned for a car with another person (2017 *****). I was not the purchaser, and have no paperwork for the vehicle anymore. This was sold in Edmonton, AB, by Raj. In November 2019, the purchaser was contacted by a lawyer because the vehicle was ********* sold, due to having a lien against it. The vehicle was voluntarily surrendered due to this. I was just informed, when trying to make another purchase, that this vehicle is on MY credit report as a REPO! This car was surrendered due to being ********* sold, not repossessed. Since this was ********* sold in the first place, I want this taken off my credit report immediately, please.

    Hello *********,

Thank you for reaching out about your account.

Regarding your comments, we have gone through and reviewed your file and have been able to compile the following information:

    - Lease Agreement :The lease agreement indicates that you were the primary Lessee on the contract, not the cosigner (there is another individual listed as the co-lessee). For reference, the lessee and co-lessee are jointly responsible for the terms of the contract.

    - Letter of Seizure: This letter was sent to the Bailiff to seize the vehicle at your address due to an outstanding balance owing on your account. This indicates it was not voluntarily surrendered for the reasons provided.

Given the above, the reporting of Repossession on your account, and the corresponding amount owing, is deemed to be correct. However, if you have evidence supporting your claim that this is not accurate we would be happy to review and make any corrections required.

Please let us know if you have any further questions.

    Thank you,

    TransCan Leasing Corp.
