    Date of transaction Sep 26, 2024 What ***** committed: blinds would be ready and shipped in about 5 weeks Amount we paid $594.55 on Sep 26, 2024 The latest delivery estimate of end of February has now long past. I wonder if the shipment was lost and needs to be re-shipped. ***** has been challenging to communicate with. We have never experienced such a prolonged wait for a custom product. Five months since the order was placed, according to our records. ***** refused to issue a refund for the deposit we placed, which would have been appropriate given this situation. As the supervisor I would expect more followup and customer support. Because speaking with ***** has not been productive nor pleasant I needed BBB support. I reached out in November and again regularly after that but still no product. A phone call requesting a refund so that we could find another vendor resulted in a very aggressive response from *****.We need the skylight blinds installed now because our son sleeps in that room.
