    We are very sad that we use there service. Quality is not even exceptional! Tiling has horrible ******************* from them was "If you cannot see all damaged tile and imperfection from 6 feet, the quality is perfect..." but we have a small bathroom - so we see all scratches and uneven tile cuts everywhere. Would you like to have on your expensive tile with overcharged work to have uneven-lines done by metal grinder? 40% of tiles has just scratches, 100% catted tiles has no strait line and chapped edges. They always tried to get an extra buck on everything. We pay for tiles which can cover our living room, They refuse to use the proper tools for cutting. All tile should be redone. I am not sure what should be our steps, but I really want them to redo and pay for the damages. My wife was going to emergency twice because of them, I am not talking about myself, even though I am a disabled person. **** ** ****** ***** **** **** *** ****** ****** *** **** after you pay they become rude *** **********.Stay as far as possible from the ****** * VGC!!!

    Hello ******, I wanted to first start off by offering my sincere apologies for your experience. Not only is what you have written unacceptable it is absolutely not how I expect my staff to treat our clients, nor the quality of the work we would accept. I assure you that the parties responsible will be held accountable and this will not be tolerated. Unfortunately, this is the first time I hear of this matter, as I was away on maternity leave, but I extend to you any support I can provide. I will contact you and see what we can do to rectify this matter. Again this is not how I run my business and definitely not the quality of work we stand behind.     It would be great to have some solution from you. Wouldve be nice for you to come around, see the craftsmanship by our own eyes and give us resolution on this matter. We can save time for all of us and I do not have to seek the legal action.
