With a promise of getting assistance with grants for our small business we paid for a membership and professional business plan. The initial phone call for "onboarding" was very promising. In July/August the communication started to slow down, they said they have not received my emails and send them again to a different contact person, then communication slowed down again, later on we received apology it was due family situation, which we were understanding about. Mid August I submitted our last copy of business plan with a few more revisions to finalize it with Enterprise Canada and asked for current grants and help with applications. We have not received any reply ever since. I sent multiple emails, left voicemails, filled the forms on their website. I even mentioned BBB as a last resort and they still have not bothered to reply. We are out of fees for the membership and services.

The initial discussion looks promising made me believe they will "assist" me with the fundings but all they did was to forward links to banks which I could have googled also. What a waste of $500!

We would like to clarify that when the customer approached us, she expressed an interest in buying a business. However, we advised her that she would need to obtain a loan to proceed with the purchase. The customer explained that she had poor credit, and we suggested that she consider forming strategic partnerships with individuals who have good credit. The customer indicated that she would pursue this option. We would like to note that the customer did not ask any questions about current government loans or begin a search for loans. Nevertheless, we engaged our services and proceeded to review the business plan that the customer provided. During the review process, we explained to the customer that processing multiple loan applications could potentially lower the credit scores of her partners, which could negatively impact their ability to obtain credit in the future. We emphasized that our professional guidance was aimed at ensuring that the customer's partners' credit scores remained intact. It is important to mention that we also informed the customer that we could not apply for the **** loan program on her behalf, as she needed to physically walk into the office with her business plan. Therefore, we could only review her plan and narrow down the best options for her based on her business needs.Unfortunately, the customer seems to have misunderstood the value of our professional direction, and her complaint is therefore invalid. We remain committed to providing the best possible guidance to all our clients, and we will continue to prioritize their best interests in all our interactions.

This is not accurate, The Funding report that was generated was not specific to what I will qualify for. There was a link exclusive for Prairie resident knowing that I am from *******.I have told **** when he was pitching the idea of the company "assisting" about my credit score and he asked me if I could ask someone to co-sign the application which I said yes. It wasnt mentioned that we are forming a strategic partnership with individuals who have good credit. NOT TRUE. They did absolutely nothing and left me hanging on what to do next. If they would be transparent from the very start about their "assistance" which is sending links to loan application I would have not wasted my 500CAD at all.
