This has been the worst experience I could have imagined trying to educate my self. They never answer emails, they gauge you tuition, they have constant tech errors. I pay tuition then they make me pay for courses and wait to be reimbursed. Do your research before you apply. CDI is trash DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!CDI College

CDI you never answer emails, one person does, then she tells me to email another person. You do not satisfy many of your students. Your CEO is under investigation, I did not do my research. I had this naive thought that educational faculty are trust worthy. I would have dropped from this program if the financial penalties were not so extreme. Please do your research before you waste ***** dollars and have constant problems. There is a reason they are not BBB accredited, it's because they lie give half truths and are a purely for profit institution.Review fromN. C.

My daugher had the worst experience with *** ****** Campus. She was in the *** program. It was poorly run and disorganized from the start. ****** Campus lost their accreditation at the beginning of the program so she had to change to Vancouver Career College in ******* (Sister College to CDI). She recieved no support, the program was disorganized and eventually decided to withdraw. We spoke to an advisor who told us my daugher would owe $10,000.00 for her student loan for the 5 months that she was in the program. My daughter asked for transcripts but they never produced them. We emailed and phoned and nobody returned our calls or email. Eventually we found out she actually owed $25,000.00. We emailed and called but again no response. I finally had PTBI involved and eventually CDI/VCC emailed the transcripts. It was was a few weeks over the one year deadline so we could not file an official complaint. Nobody will help us.....Their recruiters take advantage of students and do not explain their policies to them. If you complete 30% or more of the program you owe 100% of the tuition. This was never discussed with my daughter and I. We took ***'s word and believed everything they told us when my daughter withdrew. Can you imagine owing $25,000.00 for a course you were enrolled in for 5 months. This is what has happened to my daugher her name is ***********************. CDI doesn't care about anything but money. They do not return emails, phone calls and are not willing to help in any way.CDI College

As of March 11, ******************************************************** myself about this huge amount owing ($25,000) for the 5 months that she was in the *** Program before she had to withdraw. Recently, she received an email asking her if she would like more information about their courses. It's absolutely sad that they haven't contacted us about this problem but still continue to try and get her to sign up for one of their programs. They have obviously not even taken her off of their email hit list of "possible new recruits" how unprofessional, sad, and once again showing they are only interested in money.Review fromOsama A.

These guys are at the top of the list when it comes to ignoring emails whenever they feel like. Trying to ask a question? Expect to send many emails to get one response that 50/50 answers your question. Gotta reply? Well same thing. One email is not enough. Extremely frustrating experienceCDI College

I do not recommend this private for-profit career college. I wish I had read these reviews ahead of time. *** *********** *** ******** ********** ******** ******* ***** *** *** * ******* *** * ***** ****** My overall average was 80+%. But then I needed to retake a course. They advised me to withdraw until it became available. That's when the warning of collection emails started at $74.00. My remainder book fee. The finance department told me I dropped out. I did no such thing. Admin emails me letting me know on Dec 5th, 2022 my courses would resume, and they gave me a time outline. I responded. Well, December 5th has come and gone. I have heard nothing. Except waiting for the finance department. The finance department claims I dropped out and the Admin department knew I withdrew waiting on course availability, hence why the offer was to complete. Why would I drop out of a program that I had roughly 75% completed and tuition fully paid? I'm an online student but my school campus address is Brampton Ontario, since like many other people with no responses I called them directly and was rudely told I'm not a student and my transcript would be no good. When I addressed this to the online education manager, they completely ignored me. I have asked for a refund for the 2 payroll courses, ********** *** * *** ******* Because I did not drop out. I can't stress enough that the college advised me to withdraw because of the attendance thing it would kick me out (I have the email) and that I would return. CDI owes me the money for these courses. **** * ***** **** ******* **** ***** *** **** ******** *** ** * ******** ****** *** * ***** ******** *** *** * ******* *** **** ******* **** * *** ***** ******* ******* *** ***** ** **** ***** **** ***** ********* I do not recommend this unprofessional, unorganized college.CDI College

Way to pressure people into taking courses without the required prerequisites, then giving them the prerequisites in an incompatible time frame forcing them to drop the entire program then charge them full tuition for a program without attending a single class before having to drop them.
This is the college for you if you want to pay a lot of money for absolutely no reason and with no benefits whatsoever.CDI College

I was informed by the school and my instructor that if I withdrew before the end of my third course I would not loose my student loan. After over a month of unreturned phone calls and no information as to when they would be finishing my paperwork. I finally got some answers (but not before I said I will wait on hold for as long as it takes. I am not leaving another voicemail for someone to not return my call.): a certificate from the school stating I had withdrew and a phone call from the finance department advising me that although I had only done less than 10% of my program, they decided they were entitled to 25% of my student loan. So for three weeks of a 44 week course. I am required to pay back almost $6,000. And there is nothing I can do about it.
They warned me before I registered that the withdrawal was 54% *** ***** * *** ******** *** * ********* ****** *** *** ** ******* ********** * ****** ******** We had just been in Covid and I figured that is why the number was so low.

Extremely upset. I am paying an unbelievable amount for this school and I haven’t had one person respond to me emails or calls in forever. I was supposed to get a reattempt code before my course ended. It’s been ended for a couple days now and still no one has returned my calls or my emails. I’m honestly starting to think this school is a ****. Currently enrolled in the College. I paid 16k for my course. They were quick to take it out of my account but forgot to tell me about the 5% off if I pay it in full off the bat. So I waited roughly 90 days to get my return ***** *** ***** **** *****.
After that, it's just a matter of watching ******* videos with about half the info you need to actually do the assignments. Searching for other videos with more relevant information. After videos you do a couple fill in the blanks and there's your module.
I've also had a pretty big problem with teachers ACTUALLY getting back to me when I run into a question, marking my assignments, or responding to any emails. It wasn't until I emailed the financial advisor to get a response from someone.. anyone! Once I did that I got about 5 emails back from people with the same misdirected information. Never actually got any answers. At this point I'm just collecting emails for fun it seems.
Most recently I had a notification from ********* that CDI had sent me a physical book (I think?) And wouldn't you know it, they sent it to my old address in BC not my currently one that literally all my paperwork says is my main in Alberta. So that's cool.. I hope it's not necessary for my course.CDI College
