The business advertised 'Trust: Everything for sale is tested and verified for quality and compliance with the law.' BBB’s Code of Advertising requires businesses making claims of their testing to be prepared to supply proof. BBB asked to be prepared to substantiate any objective claims or offers made before publication or broadcast. The business has not supplied this information.
BBB also asked if they received explicit permission to post testimonials on their website and about their advertised claim "You want the best products delivered by the best couriers for the lowest prices." BBB's Code of Advertising requires substantiation of the lowest price claim or develop a price match policy.
The business did not respond to BBB’s request for revisions and clarification in its advertising.
