    I ordered cannabis from this business, 2 weeks and 2 days ago. they have a great deal at this time, but there was no information about a possible canada post strike. They only use canada post and usually delivered in 3 days. Had i known there was a strike looming, i would not have made the purchase. To this day, 2 weeks after the strike began, there is no mention of this on the site. Yet still covid 19 delay message.I tried to use chat support, it says im next in line, 6-7 mins wait, 30 mins and no one. I was told there is no chat support on weekends. I tried 3 more time during the week, no chat support. I emailed a complaint. They said it's not their problem. I asked to have my order shipped with a different carrier or to reimburse me. They did neither and told me to wait.They need to take responsibility for choosing Canada post, when they were threatening to go on strike. Canada post has been on strike every 2.5 years or so, since the 70s.on average. They shoukd have seen this coming.I had no idea as i normally never use canada post. They failed to inform me of their business partners threats of strike and they failed by shipping with them as well.They failed at cuztomer service. I have tried for over 1 week with no success.If they had given me a choice of carrier, then i would take responsibility for my choice. They FORCED me to use Canada post. This makes it THEIR responsibility.I will not be doing business with them again
