      I brought a phone in for repair on Oct9. The phone was repaired by this company. I had only brought the phone to this company and ***** itself. One month later I took the phone to a different place to have a new battery installed and was **** that the connectors from the screen had been damaged, and that 80% of the screws inside the phone were missing. I would like them to pay for a new screen and new screws as they damaged the screen and left out the screws.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. The business has agreed to perform the repair at the same price as the competitor. I choose to withdraw my complaint. Thank you.
