      I booked a trip with Whistler Rides on Sept. 7, 2022 from Squamish to Whistler. When I checked my receipt on Sept. 8, I noticed it showed Vancouver to Whistler so I cancelled the ticket and tried to re-book with the discount code I received. The online system would not accept my new booking despite several attempts. I tried contacting Whistler Rides support via phone and email but got no response despite repeated attempts. At first I could not even leave a voice mail because the VM box was full. I was able leave a voice mail on Sept. 9 but have still received no response to either phone or email. Because of this I had to book another service so I am out $55.
      This is the second time in the past year I have had issues with Whistler Rides. Last year I booked a ticket on the same route only to be told via text the night before that my trip had been cancelled and I would be put on on another bus service **** ******** leaving at the same time. *** *** ****** *** *** ******* **** ** **** *** ******** ******** *** ******** ****** **** ***** **** * *** ******* ** *** **** * ****** *** **** ********* ******** ****** ** *********** ***** ******* **** **** ******* ** ***** ** ***** * ***** ******** *** ***** *************** ** ** **** ************ **** *** ****** **** ***** ** **** ****** *********** I did save the code before closing the web browser but many people would not do that.
