      I did a fundraising campaign for a university sports team. When receiving the profit cheque in January, the wrong amount (less) was sent. I contacted Purdys to advise and was told I would receive a call back. Did not receive it.
      I called back again on Feb 24 was told I would receive a call back. Received it. She spoke with the finance dept and I would receive the balance of the profit in the mail. Apr 18 I called back again as I had not received the cheque. After I received a call back, she said she would speak with the finance dept and check the status and call back. Never received a call back. At this time I still have received no call and no profit cheque. This cheque is not a large amount. But the point is these kids earned this money. This campaign finished in December, and 4 months later, I still have not been able to give them their profits. This is absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable.

      Thank you for brining this matter to our attention, our seasonal fundraising program profit cheques normally are issued after 2 - 4 weeks from the program deadline.  Unfortunately due to an internal system update the amount was not displayed correctly however we honored the additional amount, there was a delay in issuing the additional amount however the original profit cheque that was earned was received within the reasonable time.  We have expedited a new cheque via courier and confirmed with the customer the details, also we have provided a goodwill towards the organization for using our Purdys Fundraising Program.
