    Honestly I wish I could give 0 stars. I was not at the apartment but as per my husband who was on site while they cleaned, the company's cleaners were ONE HOUR late, which impeded his ability to do work and to shower after exercise. They did not arrive at 3pm or even 3:15pm they arrived at 4pm!!!! They also were supposed to stay for more than an hour and left within FORTY minutes.I sent a prior note regarding instructions for the cleaning session and they did not inform us that there is additional charge for what we are asking. They also did not even throw out the garbage!!!They were also VERY disruptive during their cleaning which required multiple points where my husband had to give them simple instructions when he was on calls - for example they did not check the sliding glass doors for sheets when he clearly told them the sheets were there. He needed to stop his call, physically go and show them.We brought up all these issues to them and they did not apologize for anything, they blamed us in turn for actually being "too busy during cleaning to give direction" and because of this they "left early". Goodness. This is basically fraud; we gave prior instruction, we contacted the company around punctuality, we accommodated when they said they were going to be 15 minutes late and in turn they took advantage of us! We will not be going back to this company and you should not book with them either!

    Thank you for your review but you never contacted our company. We communicated with a different person who said she is ******'s EA. We wish if you contact us and communicate directly your requirement for a better service. Point 1 Yes, They were late because of the traffic and they tried to contact but no answer. So they couldn't inform and also they cannot control the traffic. They did not leave within 40 minutes because that house had 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There is no way that they can finish everything within 40 minutes. The person who made the appointment never informed us they left within 40 minutes. If your husband was in the house, we think he shouldn't let them leave before that time. Point 2 The person who contacted us sent us instructions and yes we did send those to the team. In our cleaning quote it is clearly mentioned that we charge an extra $30 for appliance deep cleaning. We do not throw any garbage but we collect it and keep it aside. It is also mentioned on the cleaning quote. It also mentioned that the customer is responsible to do the walkthrough to check if the cleaning is up to your standard. Everything was in writing via email.Point 3 Yes, that is why we offered after ****pm because it was the only time that they were available to provide them with instructions for cleaning. We have mentioned in the email we might need to change your appointment from 30 minutes to 1 hour. Point 4 We apologized via email and also over the phone, you can double check with the person who booked the service and I even offered her a discount. We would really appreciate it if you or your husband directly contacted us to solve this. Also we offered two hours to clean your place but they only wanted 1 hour. On the invoice, it was mentioned that appliance deep cleaning is not a part of the service. Same thing was mentioned in the confirmation email as well. But if there was anything that made you any inconvenience, we will apologize again on behalf of the Cleaning 4U team.

    Wonderfully service. Green team is the best. They did my move out cleaning and I'm very impressed. Now they are doing my new home bi weekly
