  I have used Proclean for two residential jobs. Both for moving out. They were on time and ready to go. They worked very hard and did an outstanding job. I highly recommend them and would definitely use them again.

  ProClean was most professional when I contacted them in Aug 2023. However, when they arrived it appeared that they were not in a hurry to complete the job as efficiently, as effectively and as quickly as possible. The cleaners were aware about the type of cleaning it was (clear distinction between move in/out or normal cleaning job). It was evident that they attempted to stretch the time beyond the minimum 3 hrs charged for. After 2.5 hrs I objected about their lack of pace, called the office and made it clear that I'll not pay for anything more than 3 hrs. Guess what? They did a disproportionate amount of cleaning in the last 30 min but due to my reluctance paying for someone twiddling their thumbs they packed and disappeared as soon as 3 hrs transpired. This required me to go buy supplies and cleaning for the next 45 min the uncleaned portions Lastly, they arrived without a stepladder which made it impossible to clean on top of tall cabinets.The owner of the company offered me a discount after I indicated that I had to complete the cleaning job

  Hi ****,We honestly believe that we were able to settle this matter with you and complied to your request of not charging the 3rd hour of the rendered service.We tried to call you to explain that our team will need the extra hour as the 3hr minimum does not suffice with the amount of work that needed to be done at your place but you did not allow it and we respected your decision, hence our team had to leave after the first 3hrs was up. We did not want to go beyond your budget and cause any issue if we extend without your consent.You decided to hire someone else to finish the job and deducted $80 from the total invoice to pay for the supplies and the person who had to do the rest of the work. We found it very unfair but we agreed to your request and only charged you 2hrs.We can say that we were able to deliver the service that we committed to do but we respect your point of view.
