On June 23, 2023, Aritzia came to the attention of BBB. At that time a consumer reported on our BBB Scam Tracker.  The consumer alleged that she paid for an order on a website called  Bestwaersmall at https://bestwaersmall.store/ but did not receive the product.  The website looked very similar to the official Aritzia website and sold some of the same products but at a much lower sale discount.   BBB asked about their possible affiliations with that company. BBB left a voicemail on July 6, 2023 and sent 2 letters dated June 23 and July 6, 2023 for Aritzia but as of July 26, 2023 has not heard back from the business.

Based on the information detailed above, BBB cannot confirm the legitimacy of Bestwaersmall.   Please be cautious in ordering products from Bestwaersmall.  Aritzia's name may be used by scammers.
