1 starI purchased a giftcard from a 3rd party vendor for $100 for LuluLemon. Somehow the funds were drained from the card. Neither the 3rd party vendor *********** nor Lululemon want to take responsilibity for the stolen $. I received an email from the company telling me I needed to take it up with ********* and then ********* is telling me to take it up with Lululemon. This is ridiculous. The public needs to be aware that Lululemon is selling giftcards that can potentially have funds drained. I will certainly stop supporting a company that is ok with this and makes no attempt to actually remedy the situation. Instead, they send me their legal policies stating they have no responsibility when something like this happens. So disappointing.Review fromKyla W

1 starThey charged my gift card and then cancelled a part of my order so then charged my credit card also. Received money back on my gift card but not my credit card! My bank has not reversed the charges and they will not charge back my credit card as they claim it was pre authorized even after I sent in the proof of my credit card being charged as well. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS FRAUD OF A COMPANY! THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY!Review fromQing Z

1 starIt is really a shame for this business, not only because the poor quality, but also they simply filter out negative reviews (with photo evidence). Sadly I already bought too many their product, average wear 2-3 time, one instill legging simply broken with maximum 3 wear, I didn't even wore it to do exercise, just regular daily wear. They not only refused to exchange or refund, but also my one star review with photo proofs never got posted. They only post review that they want to post, and misguide customer, that's really a shame.Review fromJeff M

1 starRecent fraud with Lululemon gift card. Unresponsive and slow customer service. Could not read the gift card number or PIN number on a ******************** gift card. Reached out to customer service on 12/27/24 providing all information needed for resolution. They determined the card had been used on 12/30/24 and there was nothing they could do. Well, clearly on 12/27 it had not been used. The lack of action from customer service to handle complaints as they come in or maybe it was the action of customer service to use the card themselves on 12/30 then say it had already been used. Very disappointing that a company as expensive as Lululemon doesnt invest in fraud prevention and better customer service. Try not farming out customer service to third parties in other countries that have no interest. Not surprised they have an F on this site. Lost another customer.Review fromGa B

1 starI contacted them days ago via email within 60 minutes to cancel my order since no one is actually available 24/7. I've called them twice to cancel my order, and they still won't process the cancellation claiming I need to return the items after they've been shipped to me. This is the dumbest policy and waste of my time. I might as well have gone to their store. They tried to bribe me with a $20 gift card ( which never came by the way) to which I told them doesn't fix my problem. Meanwhile my order has been sitting in their warehouse for the last 3 days unshipped. The fact they can't "cancel the order" or have 24 hour phone staff to respond to issues and yet only have 60 minutes to cancel an order for a multibillion dollar company is a f****** lie and a scam. Their policy has now led me to never purchase any of their products ever again. The lack of customer service to resolve a simple problem shows they only want my money and lack an understanding of serving their customers. I will be informing friends and family to never buy from here as well. Meanwhile I still don't have a refund or my order in hand.Review fromShirley W

1 starOn November *******, me and my daughter waited in line at *********@ 6:00 am, **********************. I am a disabled person who was waiting in my wheelchair to enter the store. To be told by the person at the door at Lulumelon I couldnt come in because it was too crowded. I told her that I had been waiting in line like the rest of the customers. She reassured me that I was not welcome with my wheelchair.I was appalled. I felt totally discriminated against due to my physical disability which resulted from a car accident. I later summoned the store manager she allowed me entry after telling her my daughter had my phone with all my digital credit cards.Review fromLindsey J

1 starI had the most awful experience contacting the 800 number for support at lululemon. My daughter received a $50 gift card for her birthday back in October. When we entered it into the lululemon app, we noticed that it looked like the pin had been scratched off, but we guessed correctly what it was. When we went to use it in the store, we watched the total go from $50 to 1 cent and immediately walked to the cash register. The employees told us that this was a known scam and to call the 800 number. When I called, they let me know that I would get a resolution to my claim soon but they would probably side with my daughter. The next business day they replied and stated that they would do nothing about it, the gift card was treated like cash even though they knew it was a known scam and to contact the local police. I wrote back and let them know that that was awful customer service and asked them to make right on the situation. They wrote back, letting me know that they would still do nothing and that they would no longer be responding stating they considered this matter resolved. I then called and spoke to a woman who, when I proceeded to tell her that I wanted to speak to a supervisor told me that the woman on the email was the highest level supervisor that I could speak to. I did not believe that to be true and when I told her so she got quite annoyed with me. She told me to follow the recommendations in the email. I reminded her that it stated to contact the police and the police are not going to do anything about a $50 gift card. I told her that this was a gift for my daughters 15th birthday and she started to laugh. When I asked her why she was laughing and that my daughter was her intended clientele, she hung up on me. I cannot believe that this is the kind of treatment that Lululemon gives to their customers and that they are unwilling to help when this is a known scam on gift cards. This is so sad for team to spend their hard earn money here.Review fromNicole W

1 starMy daughters shirt stitching started ******** and a hole appeared in the middle of the shirt after months of having it. After contacting customer service they said this was due to normal wear and tear and they couldnt do anything for me. I explained the shirt was both that old and attached photos and they continued to tell me there was nothing they could do. Absolutely awful customer service. This company does not stand behind their product. Do not recommend at all.Review fromLeidy G.

1 starJust had an awful experience LULULEMON store, at their upper-westside location, because I didn't fit their upper-westside criteria.I was guilty upon entering the store, because I apparently didn't t fit the upper-westside, Soho, type shopper look.I came here to pick up my mobile order, and upon entering, I saw other clothing items I liked. I started grabbing 2 different sizes for each clothing item, and was approached by a female employee who asked if I needed assistance? I said no, she then asked if I would like her to set up a fitting room and I said yes.She grabbed a couple of clothing items from my hand and proceeded the set up the fitting room.Once I was finished picking out other clothing items, and started walking towards the fitting room, i saw another piece of clothing, and she asked if I would like her to grab it for me? I said yes ********* I am changing in the fitting room, she brings me the other clothing item. I tried on a couple of clothing items and opened the door to leave the ones that didn't fit me outside. A male employee then takes the items and I asked him if he can get me a Medium size on a shirt, he said yes. As I'm changing into other clothing items, security came in to the fitting room. Security stated I had too many clothing items and I pointed straight at the female employee who helped me set up the fitting room and even called her and she completely ignored me. Security then stated the female employee did not see anything. They accused me of shoplifting. I had NO Bag, I was dressed with just sweatpants, shirt, and jacket. They had NO probable cause for their actions. For clarity, shoplifting is the act of taking merchandise from a store, without paying for it. It can also include concealing, hiding, or carrying merchandise with the intent to take it.I did NONE of those things. No one should have to be profiled due to a person's ignorance and biases.. It feels degrading and insulting.Review fromShiraz G

1 starI submitted an online order July 5th. I ordered 3 items. Unfortunately, only one item has arrived - they sent the wrong item in my order, and the original item was no longer available. The third item was delayed in arriving - it was supposed to arrive July 8. On July 11th I asked where it is, and they said I had to wait 5 business days before they would look into it, or I could phone ***** myself. I asked to speak to manager and they said I had to wait 5 business days before someone would call. When I emailed they said someone would respond in 3-5 days.I've spent 200$ plus delivery charges to get one item. No one will respond and I can't any answers on when I can expect the rest of my delivery. The company's mantra on its website is "Helping our collective be well in every aspect of their lives physically, mentally, and socially is at the core of how we create our products and experiences." Ignoring your customers is make them be well. It's terrible customer services and ******************** should be ashamed of how it treats customers when thiings go wrong.
