    I am writing to file a formal complaint against City Collections Company for harassment and unethical business practices.This company has been persistently pursuing me for payment regarding a parking ticket that I never received. At no point was this ticket left on my vehicle, nor was I notified in any legitimate or timely way. Upon contacting the company directly to request proof that this ticket was issued and placed on my vehicle, they were unable to produce any evidence whatsoever, no photographs, citation copy, timestamp, or location data. In short, they have absolutely no verifiable claim against me.Despite their inability to validate this alleged infraction, City Collections Company has continued to harass me for payment. This behavior is not only unprofessional, it is unlawful. Pursuing someone for a debt without proper documentation or legal grounds is a clear violation of fair collection practices.I am requesting that the BBB investigate this matter and hold City Collections Company accountable. They have no right to pursue me for a charge they cannot substantiate. Furthermore, I demand that all attempts to collect on this unverified ticket cease immediately.Please confirm receipt of this complaint and advise me on the next steps.Sincerely,********* ******

    Feb25,2024 I received impark ticket for parking on ** parking. I called multiple times and took forever to connect. 1 number provided is not even in service. 2 times I spoke to somebody and put notes on my complain ticket BOC835 I got a 1 hr free ticket and came back in 15 mins. Th stall where i parked has no indication of ** parkingOtherwise I would have not parked there. Its the beginning of pay parking stalls/hr. Which I got ticket for 1 hr free(first hr is free).The other side (between my stall and ** stalls is a big cement post). No indication sign or not even part of the ** machine is for that stall where I parked.. why would I even get a free parking if I knew it belongs to ** parking??????? And get a 98$ park fee??? All this I explained on the phone and whoever I spoke to noted this then I received collection notice. I wrote on the notice and sent it to impark as to dispute..And I received this second notice. Do they even review disputes and notes?Please help me resolve this issue. Thank you

    I received a parking ticket from impark. I have proof of payment and have sent it to impark twice to prove that I have paid for parking. And now they have put the amount owed into collections. I value my credit very much and want to make sure that this is not going to affect my credit report as they have apparently submitted into City collection *************** which seems to be a division of impark. Please help me out as I also have a photo of the ticket and the payment
