They were terrible! My daughter, *********************** enrolled in a RMT program with CDI in 2021 and was transferred temporarily to VCC on the first day of the program because CDI lost their accreditation. She was in the program for 5 months and had no support from them. They changed instructors, rooms, course content and it was a gong show. She reached out for help prior to withdrawing and she received none. We had a meeting with them and were told that if she withdrew at that time she would have to pay $10,000.00 of her student loan for the 5 months she attended. AT NO TIME IN THE MEETING did they mention that they have a policy that if you complete 30% of the program or more you would owe 100% of the tuition. My daughter asked repeatedly for her transcripts and was never given them. By the time she realized that they were charging 100% of the tuition it was 3 weeks too late for her to put in a complaint. We had to get the **** involved to get the transcripts and thats when we realized that she was actually charged over $25,000.00 for the 5 months she was enrolled. We called and emailed them repeatedly asking for help and nobody ever called us back. Never....never did they call us or respond by email. Can you imagine owing $25,000.00 for a poorly run, disorganized course you were in for 5 months? This is what has happened to my daughter. THEY ARE AWFUL and do not support their students. All they want is money. Their recruiters take advantage of young people and promise them anything to get them to sign up. They don't even show any prices of their programs online. You have to talk to a recruiter on the phone....this is what happened to my daughter and they convinced her to sign up.
