    Not surprising to see only 1 star reviews for this poor excuse of a company. Not even sure how they won the business from the strata council from my building, but these guys are awful.**** is the owner and takes no accountability for his business. The biggest issue at first was the invoice they provided for a basic fix in our drain. We had a similar drain in the same unit fixed in 2021 for less than $80, fast forward to a month ago and the same job was billed by **** and the Alstad team for just under $400. The fix didn't even work and they blamed other issues. So $400 for a poor diagnosis and a bunch of headaches.The first visit, the novice plumber, who was probably hired off the street that morning, tracked mud through our unit and left our shower looking like a murder scene. The second visit, they knocked down a portrait, breaking the frame and glass - no accountability on their damage.These guys don't know what they're doing, not sure how they win commercial contracts, must be up to something nefarious.AVOID THESE GUYS AT ALL COSTS!!!
