      Dealing with this companys financial **** is a horrible experience, robotic and unreasonable with offerings imagine asking for financing for a lease or loan and tge company wanting 80% upfront???? Why would someone lease 20% ???? Will never do business with these guys again

      The review in question highlights issues with financing, specifically being denied due to very poor credit. The credit decision stood after he applied in two different arenas.The financing is not managed by Simply Computing, therefore, the concerns raised in the review are not directly related to the services or operations of Simply Computing.Given that the review addresses issues outside our control and purview, we kindly request the removal of this review from our BBB profile. It does not accurately reflect the services or customer experience provided by ************************ had responded personally, twice, and the reviewer was very angry about the denial and decided to post here and on *******

      We needed to replace our old **** when we were in ******* for Cancer treatment in early August. We are a couple who are over 80 years old and not very computer savvy. We live in *****, about 6 hours ' drive to the east.This business took advantage of us by selling us an **** with a defective screen cover, refused to respond when this was brought to their attention, and would not honour the warranty they sold us. They also charged full shop fees for transferring our data from our old ****.Ever since dealing with this business we have been plagued with fraudulent use of our credit card in expensive places in Asia and ***************, places we have never been or plan to go.When I came on to this BBB site I found that this business cannot be found, but it does appear on a ****** search for ***** Stores in *******. When I tried to write a review on that site a 404. page not found error appeared.

      I want to revise a negative review of a Simply Computing on north Pandosy Street in Kelowna. I submitted it to BBB November 11, 2023.
      Since then, the owner of the company reached out to my wife and I to directly discuss our issues of complaint. After hearing me and looking over the documentation he immediately refunded the portion of our costs to which we rejected and arranged to ship a replacement for a defective part for the purchase we had made.
      We appreciate the professional and amiable response to our original complaint, and give the manager(s) high marks now.
