    A company called Medeo Plus claims I took out a subscription with them and charged me $3.38. I immediately disputed the transaction and contacted them directly. I received an email on June 8/23 stating they cancelled the subscription and would not charged me anymore. However, I received another debit on July 8. They have refused to refund any charges claiming that they dont have the ability, but they wont charge me any more. When I finally got them to admit to the letter they sent on June 8, they replied: Hello, Sorry for the inconvenience. The cancellation was not done properly on June 8. We are so sorry about that. But it is 100% cancelled now. You should not be charged anymore. I have spoken with my manager, and we are unable to issue a refund as we don't have the authority. You can check with your credit card company if you want. Again, we are sorry about this.Sincerely,******* ************* ******** ** **** encouraged me to contact you in case others have filed complaints against this company. If they have the ability to charge cards, would they not have the ability to do chargebacks? In the meantime, I have disputed the transactions.
