    Wizard.ca is the company responsible for damage caused to me by putting IP address of my private email server into managed by them so-called ******** blacklist. They have included IP address of my new mail server, namely **************, to so-called blacklist that resulted to problems in delivery of my emails inside Canada and rest of the World. I contacted them and asked them to remove my IP from their list because my mail server meets all the requirements and the reason they mentioned on their web site is a ****. They refused to proceed with that, they did not mentioned any problems with my mail server and demonstrated they have included my IP address into their blacklist because they just do not like me. Unfortunately many email server provides use different blacklists to block incoming spam. Some blacklist providers can create their list based on **** and ***** information as it happened in my case.

    Dear Better Business Bureau,


    Hello, while we appreciate the BBB bringing this to our attention, this has nothing to do with our company.

    The service he references is run by an independent operating division of a subsidiary company of ours, and we have no control over their day to day operations.

    We CAN say, this division has a reputation of being one of the most accurate reputation services in operation, and they have very clear posted removal procedures and requirements. The person making the complaint will have to follow the procedures they have in place for reputation review(s).

    We would suggest that the person work through the standard procedures at that reputation service. Note, that service is not a blacklist, but a reputation service, usually used to determine the risk of threats originating from an IP Address by email providers and others around the world. With that responsibility, we are sure that not all requests for removal are allowed. But again, this does not appear to be something to be handled via the BBB Customer Experience complaints, especially not with our company.

    For the record, we do not have, or ever have had a business relationship with the individual making the complaint.

    I am rejecting this response because: The complaint has been files a year ago, the company did not take any steps in timely manner. Nobody was able to reach them: not me, not IP service provider. All our multiple requests, filled out forms, etc, al of them have been left unanswered and unresolved.
