      I purchased the ****** **** **** *** ******* *** *** on September 15, 2022. I paid $99, not realizing that I was purchasing the software from somewhere other than *********. The company promised to provide a digital key to install the program on my computer. That never happened. I have attempted to contact them several times; responses do not relate to my questions and requests. I still do not have the software on my computer, and I am unable to get a response from Softwarekeep. The only number on my order summary is: # ********* At this point, I would like my money back as I received no product for my $99.

      Occurred today 10/07/2022 I purchased ********* **** * ******** **** from Softwarekeep. I did not receive a Home and Business key instead I received a *********** ********* *** **** **** License. ********* doesn't sell *** *** **** keys they are only supposed to be Open License. This company is sourcing its software directly from china for nothing or using ****** *********** Licenses to give to their clients. * **** **** ** ***** ** ** ***** ****** ********** *** ********* ** ****** **** ***** *** ************ Softwarekeep Order #*********.

      Our payment processor labeled this transaction as possible fraud, so we sent an email to the customer asking to verify he is authorised to use the card.

      He verified, and we sent an email with the product key and instructions.

      We believe this complaint was written before the customer saw our email request for verification.

      I had ordered software from this company and realized that they had misled me. I called them and asked for a refund, and I was issued a confirmation that a refund would be returned within 3-10 business days. It is going on 14 business days and I have not received my refund, and when I reach out to them they say they have issued it. My bank has not received anything from them.

      We have refunded this to the customer on May 10th.

      However, as the refund was done before the payment was completely processed by the banks (money was never transferred to us), it was done in a form of reversal - In the case of a reversal the customer won't see a refund credit on their statement—they'll just see the original authorization drop off their statement entirely after a few days. There will be no payment, and no refund. It'll appear as if the whole transaction never happened. Their bank should be able to confirm this for them. Depending on the customer's card issuer, the original charge should have disappeared from their pending charges byMay 17, 2022.

       

      We have repeatedly explained this to the customer, but she keeps insisting that the refund did not appear in her account
