On September 10th 2024, I sent a payment to **************** using the services provided by Invoice Simple. On September 11th 2024, **************** sent me a message stating the following "The invoice app that I was using to process the online payment denied me access to the money and it's going to refund you in five days the money that you paid in I don't know why they denied me access, but they denied me access and would not put it in the bank account so moving forward we have to use another avenue"On September 17th 2024, I informed **************** that funds had not been returned. **************** said they would contact them the next day.On September 19th and September 24 I sent more messages to ****************. Again on October 30th. **************** stated that they had been emailing the company back and forth. My wife noticed a charge to my checking account and attempted to cancel the service once she found out what it was and I knew nothing about it. I dont own a business so I would have no need for it. We have tried to cancel with no response from the company and no clear way to communicate with the company. My account is still being charged for this service and I have never used it.

I was unaware that someone used my card to set up a recurring subscription on their website. The account has not been used in at least a year, maybe 2 years. I got an email on Sunday Sept. 3, 2022 that my card was charged. I tried to reach out and cancel on Tuesday Sept. 5, since I didn't even have a login. They said they cancelled but would not refund even though no one has used the service. So, they collected a full year of service fee from me and won't refund it even though I was unaware it was a subscription and do not want or need the service. They sent me some terms and conditions which I didn't agree to.
