    I bought tickets to the Twisted Productions *** event at ************* in *********, ***I attended the event with my group on 30 DEC 2024. Upon getting there the event was extremely unorganized. The check-in took forever, there was no hope at being able to utilize the coat check because it was extremely understaffed. The decorations were minimal and lacking at best. These included plastic chairs and tables, a ratty piece of canvas they used to project visuals onto and the occasional black table cover. The dance floors were nothing, the "canapes" that were promised were literally the equivalent of ****** party trays placed randomly for anyone to stick their fingers into.The drink selection was lacking and the champagne included in the ticket was horrid.This is nowhere near how I feel the event was portrayed or advertised, it was so disappointing we ended up leaving within an hour I have attempted to reach out to Twisted Productions via Instagram, ********* email and phone. All of which have gone unanswered. I can tell the company has ready my message on ******** but will not reply. It is extremely disheartening we spent so much money on tickets, only to feel lied to and scammed.
